Interactive Sound Installation 2023
"Descend Deeper" is an interactive sound installation that features a suspended rope which serves as an interactive antenna. The rope responds to touch, producing low frequency sounds that immerse visitors in a playful interaction. The installation is a sonic weave of low-frequency tones that speaks to the idea of invoking nature - both within oneself and in the deep earth - tectonic plates, volcanic eruptions, and subsonic underwater rumbles.
